History

NSRF began in the fall of 1995 as a professional development initiative at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform at Brown University. In 1999, NSRF relocated to the Harmony School Education Center in Bloomington, Indiana. The program supports more than 15,000 educators across the country. Since 1999 regional Centers of Activity have been established. NSRF/New York @ NYU, the Center of Activity for the New York Metropolitan area, is led by New York-based nationally recognized Lead Facilitators.
